Really Murder Mook?!

For those that dont know...this is Murda Mook. Famous for battle rap and recently signed to Ruff Riderz. This pic has A FEW disturbing factors. Now I can dig the fact that Mook is trying to quit smoking, so the electric cig is a plus...but must it be "held" by someone foot?! Really? Thank GOD shortys foot is correct because couldve been another problem lol. But the thing that disturbs me the most is....WHY IS MOOK NAKED?! Where is is clothes?! Am I the only person that noticed that he has not an ounce of clothes on? WTF
