Jelani Maraj Indicted On Rape Charges

So...back in December last year, rumor had it that Jelani Maraj, older brother of Nicki Minaj, was arrested on rape accusations.
Well the GRAND JURY decided to indict that ass. The details are a bit sketchy, but there's something about a child under the age of 13 and sexual assualt. I don't know the mind state of Jelani Maraj, who is 37, so I don't know if he is competent or aware of the actions that he allegedly did, but whatever he allegedly did, is a HUGE deal. He is facing a top charge of felony predatory sexual assault against a child, felony sexual conduct against a child under the age of 13, sexual conduct against a child and endangering the welfare of a child.
